The FAM Store Floor Coordinator aids in the day-to-day operation of the FAM Store with a focus on maintaining inventory levels and floor presentation. This full-time position will report directly to the FAM Store Manager. FAM’s goal is to deliver a positive customer experience that will exceed expectations. The FAM Store Floor Coordinator is expected to be familiar with the products offered and be able to speak intelligently about and answer questions regarding those products. The FAM Store Floor Coordinator is punctual, outgoing, motivated, reliable, demonstrates initiative with strong interpersonal skills.

The Security Guard is responsible for ensuring the safety and protection of the museum’s 175,000 sq. ft. facility. This role is key in maintaining a secure environment for the museum’s collections, properties, facilities, visitors, and staff, while also delivering exceptional customer service. The Security Guard works closely with the Chief of Security, Security Manager and Security Assistant Manager to manage security operations.
