The Executive Chef is responsible for being the main representative of the organization and consultant’s vision for the menu of Thirty Nine Restaurant, 39 Café, and catering events. The Executive Chef is the day-to-day supervisor in the kitchen and back of the house and works closely with the general manager and director to operate the kitchen with high standards. The position requires a highly skilled and experienced individual that is an accomplished leader and who is committed to maintaining high standards of food quality, service, and presentation.
